細沙羊尾的做法:

1、準備材料:紅豆沙1500克、豬闆油适量、雞蛋清5個、糯米粉适量、油1500克。

2、紅豆沙捏成小團,外面裹一層豬闆油。

3、裹好豬闆油的豆沙團上再裹一層糯米粉。

4、雞蛋清打發,把豆沙團放進去滾一圈。

5、把滾好蛋清的豆沙團放進油裡炸。

6、炸成焦糖色出鍋裝盤即可。
