  1、主要食材:糯米500克。輔料:鮮荷葉2張。調料:白糖50克,白礬5克。

  2、先将糯米洗淨,入鍋加适量水,先用旺火燒沸,再改用小火熬至八成熟。

  3、然後另用一鍋,鍋底墊張荷葉,上面酒少許白礬水(白礬加水溶化),将剛煮好的粥倒入鍋内,上面再蓋l張荷葉,用旺火煮大沸即成。

  4、食用時在碗内加糖調味。
