  1、準備一條黃花魚,去鱗去腮去内髒洗淨,将黃花魚從肚子處剖至脊梁骨處,展平,兩面均勻撒鹽腌制。

  2、将蔥花、姜丁、蒜片碼在魚肉上,放冰箱腌制一晚入味,将腌好的魚放在烤盤上,兩面均勻塗抹花生油。

  3、将魚皮一面向上放在烤盤上,烤箱預熱220度,将魚放入烤箱烤20分鐘。
