  1、利用剩下的火鍋料做一份素菜火鍋!把杏鮑菇切片;香菇對半切,金針菇切小份;

  2、粉絲放入碗中,用開水浸泡;

  3、鍋中倒入水,并加入剩下的火鍋底料燒開;

  4、水開後,放入杏鮑菇、香菇、金針菇;

  5、煮的過程中适時攪拌,使所有蔬菜入味;

  6、再次煮開後,加入粉絲,焖煮一會使其入味;

  7、如果覺得味道淡,出鍋前可以撒點鹽;

  8、這樣一份素菜火鍋就好啦,很方便,也不浪費。
