  1、準備紅椒、蒜末各50g,粉絲100g,娃娃菜200g,香菜30g,油、生抽各10g。

  2、将娃娃菜切塊,将娃娃菜放入盤中,表面放上粉絲,紅椒切末,香菜切段。

  3、然後将娃娃菜放入蒸鍋中,蒸熟後取出。撒上蒜末、紅椒末、香菜,淋上生抽、熱油即可。
