  1、準備材料:雞蛋2個、面粉120克、砂糖、清水各适量。

  2、雞蛋打入碗中加砂糖攪拌均勻備用。

  3、将過篩的面粉加入蛋液中攪拌均勻,酌情加入清水。注意不要留下面疙瘩,調整到面糊光滑。

  4、平底鍋下油,淋入攪拌好的材料,等面糊冒泡的時候反面複煎至兩面金黃即可。
