  1、主料:鮮香菇200克,豆腐;

  2、輔料:火腿腸、小白菜、蔥花;

  3、調料:雞油、鮮湯、鹽、味精、雞精。

  4、将香菇去其根部,清洗幹淨,用刀斜片成片;豆腐切成片,然後人沸水鍋中,放鹽氽焯一會起鍋待用;火腿腸切片;小白菜清洗幹淨,去其根部;

  5、鍋置旺火上,燒鮮湯至沸時,放人香菇、豆腐片、火腿腸,至開,用勺撇去浮沫,烹人雞油、鹽,放入小白菜煮至斷生,調入雞精、味精,和均勻起鍋裝入湯碗内,撒上蔥花即成。
