  1、準備小魚開、食用油适量。

  2、把買回來的小魚開水燙一下,稍等,洗幹淨,控幹水。

  3、鍋裡倒油适量,油溫到50度左右,注意減小火力,放入小魚。

  4、邊炸邊找兩面金黃的已經熟了,就往出撿,撒上寫鹽就好了,佐酒之上等小菜,大功告成。
