  1、先剪去蝦槍蝦須,然後去除花蟹臍部和胃部,接着對半切開去鰓。把生姜去皮切片,蔥切段,蒜拍扁。

  2、然後在鍋中倒油,放入蒜和姜翻炒,再放入花蟹和大蝦,最後倒入料酒、生抽、鹽、糖和水。

  3、轉中火煮3分鐘,最後放入蔥段,翻炒兩下,然後取出裝盤即可。
