  1、準備新鮮的白蘿蔔、長豆、朝天辣,去除豆角兩端。

  2、辣椒、長豆洗幹淨,瀝幹水分備用。

  3、蘿蔔洗幹淨,準備切條。

  4、蘿蔔切成條,狀瀝幹水分。

  5、将長豆鋪在玻璃瓶底部,蘿蔔放在中間,再鋪上辣椒。

  6、将豆角、蘿蔔、辣椒放好後,用開始準備的涼開水,放入食鹽,沒過豆角;放入少許醋,将瓶蓋密封。

  7、密封好儲存一周後,酸辣可口的酸豆角蘿蔔就可以吃了。
