炝冬筍油菜怎麼做

  1、主料:油菜500克,冬筍500克。調料:醬油25克,味精10克,胡麻油25克。

  2、将冬筍剝去外皮,切去老根,用刀拍扁,再用手掰成劈柴狀,放入沸水中煮約5分鐘,撈出,瀝水,盛入盆内,撒上味精,腌漬。

  3、将油菜去葉,去根,洗淨,切成段,在沸水鍋内焯一下撈出,瀝水腌漬。

  4、食用時,取一平盤,将腌漬好的油菜墊底,再将冬筍放在上面,淋澆上花椒油,即可。
