  1、主料:芝麻醬1大匙、紅腐乳1大匙、涼開水2大匙、蒜泥1大匙、蔥花1大匙、香菜末1小匙、香油1大匙。

  2、将所麻醬調得稠度合适即可 水一定要用涼水(熟水),水要一點一點的放,直到水跟麻醬完全融合,調得稠度合适即可。

  3、然後再在麻汁裡放入适量醬豆腐、韭菜花、生抽、魚露、蝦油等,根據口味再加香菜沫、蔥花、辣椒油。
