  1、食材:午餐肉350克、鹹蛋黃3個、小蔥1根。

  2、步驟:

  (1)午餐肉切成厚片,小蔥1根切蔥花,鹹蛋黃3個切碎後放入碗中,加入料酒1勺。

  (2)鹹蛋黃放入鍋中蒸5分鐘,将蒸好的鹹蛋黃取出,用勺子碾壓成泥。

  (3)鍋中放入适量油,油溫燒至6成熱,放入鹹蛋黃泥,小火炒香,放入煎好的午餐肉中火翻炒至午餐肉均勻裹上鹹蛋黃後即可盛出裝盤,撒上蔥花點綴即可。
