  1、将生雞清理幹淨。

  2、斬成差不多的塊。

  3、沸水中焯一回,去除血沫。蔥切段,姜切片。

  4、香菜洗淨切段。

  5、炒鍋上火放清水,加八角、蔥段、姜片。

  6、再下入雞塊大火煮開,撇去浮沫。

  7、放料灑,鹽轉小火炖半小時,待肉爛後,撒入香菜段即可食用。
