  1、材料茼蒿半斤、西紅柿1個、蒜半頭、姜幾片、麻油10克、醬油酌量。

  2、茼蒿去硬杆;西紅柿洗淨,将西紅柿頂部,開花刀,用開水燙一下,去皮。

  3、熱油鍋加姜蒜末。

  4、加入茼蒿、西紅柿、醬油翻炒後蓋鍋蓋大概15-20秒。

  5、出鍋前淋上麻油。完成。
