生菜蚝油的做法

  1、食材:生菜300克、蚝油、蒜末、胡蘿蔔、蔥花适量。

  2、用适量清水調入澱粉攪拌均勻待用;

  3、鍋中水燒開後放入生菜燙一下擺盤,蒜末擱在生菜上面;

  4、鍋裡倒入油,燒熱後加入蚝油和芡水熬制黏稠,澆在生菜上,最後撒上蔥花即可。
