  1、雪梨一個,冰糖,葡萄幹,杏仁,枸杞,杏仁适量。

  2、将梨洗淨,從頂端1/3處切開,将梨芯掏出。

  3、接着放入枸杞,葡萄幹,冰糖2-4粒,杏仁,再灌滿開水。

  4、将準備好的梨放入鍋中,蓋上梨蓋。

  5、最後,蓋上鍋蓋,中火蒸30-40分鐘,完成!
