  1、将生菜、彩椒、紫甘藍、松柳芽、櫻桃番茄、黃瓜分别洗淨,用5%的淡鹽水浸泡10分鐘;生菜、彩椒、紫甘藍、黃瓜分别切成片;櫻桃番茄對剖;松柳芽切段。

  2、将生菜、彩椒、紫甘藍、松柳芽、櫻桃番茄、黃瓜放在一起,加鹽、白醋、白糖、芥末油、香油拌勻裝盆即可。
