  1、将蛋黃、牛奶、玉米油按比例放到一起攪拌均勻。用漏篩将面粉篩進盆中,攪拌均勻,分批篩入,直至粘稠狀,沒有顆粒為止。

  2、将蛋清打出泡,放入适量糖,繼續打散。将蛋清放到蛋黃裡攪拌,充分攪拌均勻,可以适量放入點葡萄幹,最後放入微波爐中即可。
