醬爆墨魚仔的做法

食材:墨魚仔、辣椒醬、醬油、糖、鹽、油、蔥、姜、蒜。

墨魚仔洗淨,用水氽熟後盛出,盡量瀝幹水份。

炒鍋放油燒熱,蔥、姜、蒜爆香後放入辣椒醬,翻炒幾下後根據自己的口味放醬油、糖、鹽。

繼續翻炒,直到辣椒醬成深紅色,放入墨魚仔,直到墨魚均勻地裹上辣椒醬就可以出鍋了。
