  主料:秋刀魚配料:紅椒1個,香蔥2根,熟芝麻,生姜,食鹽,料酒,五香粉,孜然粉步驟:1、秋刀魚洗淨,兩面分别劃上花刀,并切成小段放入容器中。2、加入适量蔥白、生姜,調入2茶勺的食鹽和1湯勺的料酒,翻抖均勻,腌制2小時入味。3、.鍋中燒熱适量油,加入姜絲炸至金黃。然後一塊一塊的平鋪着下入腌制好的秋刀魚,煎至底部金黃時繁翻一面繼續煎至金黃。4、調入一湯勺的料酒,颠一下鍋,翻抖均勻。加入切好的紅椒末、适量五香粉,繼續颠一下鍋,翻炒片刻,然後加入蔥花,撒入适量白芝麻,翻抖均勻,出鍋後撒上少許孜然粉即可。
