青椒炒豬肝的家常做法

  1、先将豬肝洗淨,切成柳葉形薄片,在碗内用少許醬油、水澱粉漿一下,炒勺上火,放入植物油,大火燒至五成熱,将豬肝推入,劃至新生,待豬肝片挺起飽滿時撈出。

  2、勺内留有少許底油,加蔥花、蒜泥煸炒一下,再将切成片的青椒放入略炒,放醬油、精鹽、白糖、醋、料酒、味精,用水澱粉勾薄芡,倒入豬肝,炒勻後淋入少許香油,起勺裝盤,上面撒些胡椒面即成。
