  1、食材:豬肉150g、青椒1個、老抽6ml、油10ml、醬油6ml、八角3g、鹽4g。

  2、将準備好的青椒,去蒂去籽,洗淨,切成小塊。

  3、将豬肉用清水清洗下,切成小塊。

  4、起鍋燒油,油熱後放入幾個八角,放入切好的豬肉,快速翻炒,炒至半熟。

  5、接着在鍋中放入瀝幹水分的青椒塊,繼續翻炒,炒至菜熟。

  6、在鍋中放入半勺老抽、一勺醬油和适量鹽調味,翻炒均勻,即可出鍋。
