  1、準備材料:綠豆芽150克,菠菜100克,紅蘿蔔100克,粉絲50克,香幹50克、鹽3克,醬油10克,香油10克,醋10克,芥末3克;

  2、綠豆芽摘洗幹淨,紅蘿蔔洗淨後切成絲,菠菜摘洗幹淨後切成3厘米長的段,分别投入沸水鍋内焯一下,撈出用涼開水過涼,取出瀝幹水分;

  3、芥末加水适量調釋成芥末汁;

  4、綠豆芽、紅蘿蔔絲、菠菜、水發粉絲和五香豆腐絲一起放入盆内;

  5、加入精鹽、醬油、醋、芥末汁和香油,拌勻盛盤裝成。
