煮黃魚的正确方法

  1、魚洗淨去腮和内髒;

  2、魚身打一字花刀

  3、将魚置入一容器中

  4、加入蔥、姜;

  5、加入醬油、料酒、魚露、鹽、白胡椒粉;

  6、攪好腌制30分鐘;

  7、腌制好的魚用廚房紙擦幹表面水份;

  8、平底鍋中放油,油溫熱8成熱時,将魚入鍋煎制;

  9、一面煎好,再煎另一面,待兩面煎成金黃色時即可。
