  1、白菜洗淨;切碎。

  2、加入鹽5克,拌勻,腌制半個小時左右。

  3、用手将白菜擰出水,待用;對蝦取出,讓其自然解凍。

  4、剝殼,将蝦肉切碎;将蝦肉、白菜、油和鹽(約3g左右)充分拌勻成餃子餡。

  5、取一餃子皮,包入餃子餡,捏緊,放入冰箱冷凍保存。

  6、食用時,煮熟即可。
