鹵豆腐的做法簡單好吃

  1、材料:豆腐1500克、花生油125克、紅鹵湯750克。

  2、将豆腐切成長7厘米,寬3.5厘米,厚1厘米的長方厚片。

  3、炒鍋置旺火上,倒入花生油燒至180度,投入豆腐塊,炸至呈黃色并浮起時撈出瀝油。

  4、将紅鹵湯放入砂鍋内,投入豆腐塊,上火加熱,燒沸後改微火焖約1小時,取出晾涼,裝入盤中;淋上少許鹵汁即可食用。
