1、蒜切末，蔥切碎，香菜切段。放在一個碗裡，，蔥和香菜留一點。
2、辣椒油，花椒面放到之前的碗裡。
3、鍋中熱油，燒到冒煙，澆在拌料碗裡，香香哒香油就ok咯。
4、碗中加醬油，醋，糖适量。
5、卷粉斜切段，拌入碗中拌勻，在撒入剩的蔥和香菜，可以吃啦。
