  1、可以,但是不能多。血脂高少用花生油、玉米油煎炸做菜。

  2、花生油、葵花籽油、玉米油等遇熱較為穩定,可以用來煎炸,但建議高血脂人群少吃或不吃油炸食物。

  3、炒菜時,最好選擇多種混合在一起的食用油,用“熱鍋涼油”(即将鍋充分燒熱再放油)、急火快炒的方式,利于菜中營養素的保護。
