  1、材料:幹紅棗、紅糖各50克,花生米100克。

  2、将幹紅棗洗淨,溫水泡發;花生米略煮一下,放冷,剝下皮。

  3、把泡發的紅棗和花生米皮同放在煮花生米的水中,再加冷水适量,用小火煮30分鐘左右,撈出花生米皮加入紅糖,待紅糖溶化後,收汁即可。
