  1、主料:香椿芽250克,雞蛋3個,花生油50克,細鹽,味精少許。

  2、做法:首先要用開水燙1分鐘,然後将香椿芽擇去硬的葉柄,隻剩嫩葉、嫩芽,洗淨切成2厘米長的段備用。雞蛋打入碗内,将切好的香椿芽放入雞蛋中加入适量鹽,味精繼續攪拌讓香椿芽與雞蛋充分粘連後備用鍋坐火上,加入花生油,待油熱後倒入上步準備好的香椿芽與雞蛋的糊狀體煎至金黃色即可盛盤食用了。
