  1、主料:香菇6朵,油菜300克。調料:食鹽适量,雞精少許,蒜适量,蚝油适量,植物油适量,白糖少許。

  2、做法:(1)油菜洗淨瀝幹水分,香菇摘洗幹淨;

  (2)将香菇撕成小塊;

  (3)鍋内油燒熱,放入油菜急火快炒;

  (4)油菜炒蔫後加點鹽盛出備用;

  (5)将油菜擺在盤中,做點造型;

  (6)鍋内重新放油燒熱,放蒜粒爆香,加入香菇翻炒;

  (7)放适量白糖,适量蚝油;

  (8)炒熟之後關火,少放點雞精調味;

  (9)将炒好的香菇倒在擺好盤的油菜上,一盤造型美觀、味道鮮美的香菇炒油菜就做好了。
