  1、首先準備好清洗幹淨的龍蝦尾,鍋内加水燒開,加入龍蝦尾,加入少許料酒。

  2、待開鍋一分鐘後撈出,鍋燒熱倒油,5、6成熱時倒入幹辣椒、花椒、麻辣醬或豆瓣醬、姜末、蒜末,翻炒。

  3、加入洋蔥丁、辣椒丁、紅太椒一起炒,倒入龍蝦尾,加入料酒,翻炒兩下,倒入耗油,加入少許水,裝盤即可。
