  1、準備食材:雞精20克,澱粉20克,料酒20克,胡椒粉15克,鹽15克,蔥姜20克,肉餡500克,老抽15克,香油15克。

  2、肉餡放蔥姜末、料酒、胡椒粉、姜、老抽、澱粉、雞精,攪拌均勻。

  3、然後鍋中燒水,等待水開,用水擠出丸子,汆到開水中,煮熟即可。
