  1、碗中磕入雞蛋,加入鹽,将雞蛋攪拌打散,加入溫水,雞蛋和水的比例保持在1:1.5左右。

  2、攪打均勻,攪打完畢上面有泡沫,拿漏網過濾一下。

  3、涼水上鍋蒸,蓋上鍋蓋,中火水開後蒸8-10分鐘,關火焖幾分鐘,出鍋時淋上香油即可。
