  1、水100ml,蒜葉10g,牛肉500g,紅椒100g,姜10g,老抽10ml,油10ml,鹽10g,雞精5g,胡椒粉5g。

  2、牛肉切片,紅椒切大片,姜切片,蒜葉切長段。

  3、鍋中放油,放入姜片、紅椒、鹽,炒香,加入牛肉翻炒,加老抽、雞精、胡椒粉、水,翻炒均勻,最後加入蒜葉,翻炒均勻即可,回鍋肉就做好啦。
