  1、主料:木耳菜400克,銀耳(幹)15克。

  2、調料:鹽2克,醋8克,香油2克。

  3、木耳菜擇洗幹淨,放入煮開的水中焯燙;

  4、直到菜色變得綠而鮮亮,立即盛出,過涼,切長段;

  5、銀耳泡發後洗淨,撕成小朵;

  6、将木耳菜段盛入盤中,加入銀耳,拌上鹽、醋、香油即可。
