  1、材料:淡萊60克,韭菜120克,黃酒适量,生油15克。

  2、淡菜(幹)80g,在沸水中浸泡1小時以上,至漲發,清洗幹淨後待用。

  3、韭菜約300g,擇洗幹淨後,然後切成段。

  4、把油加熱,放入蔥姜的調味品,,燒至金黃,倒入淡菜炒一會後倒入料酒調味,再淋一些适量的鮮醬油。

  5、最後倒入韭菜,大火翻炒十幾秒,放入适量精鹽,熄火繼續翻炒十秒即可。
