腌糖蒜怎麼腌好吃

  1、大蒜(整顆)10個,鹽1/2大匙,紅糖1杯半,白醋3杯,水2杯,鹽1小匙,醬油1大匙 。

  2、将10個整顆大蒜外皮略微剝去一層備用。

  3、将1鍋水煮沸加入少許鹽溶解後熄火,再放入大蒜浸漬20分鐘,撈起

  4、瀝幹水份放涼備用。

  5、将調味料所有材料置于鍋中混合加熱,煮沸後離火冷卻,即為糖醋汁。

  6、将大蒜與冷卻的糖醋汁一起放入容器中腌漬,糖醋汁需蓋過大蒜,加蓋後置于冰箱冷藏浸泡2周以上,約可保存1~2個月。
