  1、材料:豬骨400g、胡蘿蔔250g、黃豆80g、馬蹄200g、當歸5g、姜片3片、鹽适量。

  2、黃豆提前浸泡。

  3、豬骨、胡蘿蔔、黃豆、馬蹄、當歸、姜片洗淨放進湯鍋,加滿水,約2500毫升左右。

  4、大火煲開5分鐘,改小火煲2小時。

  5、煲好放鹽調味即可。
