  1、香菇洗淨後切碎,同肉糜一起放在容器裡,加料酒、少許鹽、老抽、雞精、姜末幹澱粉拌勻。

  2、鍋放少許油,将香菇肉末放入翻炒。

  3、炒至肉末本身的油出來,加老抽、水、糖調味(糖略多一些)。

  4、最後用水澱粉勾芡。起鍋後淋在米飯上,配上白灼得菜心和切好塊的菠蘿。
