  1、根據需要準備好适量五花肉;

  2、将五花肉切成幾大塊放在鍋中先用水煮;

  3、煮至八成熟後将肉撈起備用;

  4、在鍋中放入适量油,加入醬油和紅糖炒一會,将肉有皮的一面放入鍋中煎,直到表皮變成金黃色;将煎好的豬肉切成片裝入碗中;加入适量食鹽;加入黑豆豉、姜、蒜和桂皮,放入蒸鍋中;蓋上鍋蓋,蒸十分鐘;

  5、蒸熟後,用盤倒扣在碗中,翻過來,美味的扣肉就做好了。
