  1、材料:黑魚、蔥、姜、紅椒、鹽。

  2、洗淨切金錢段後用酒、鹽、豆瓣醬略腌。

  3、配料蔥、姜、紅椒切絲備用。

  4、腌好的黑魚加保鮮膜入微波爐高火四分鐘,取出後将配料放在魚上。

  5、加少許豉油,鍋燒熱加油燒到十成熱澆到魚上就好了。
