  1、酵母用少許溫水融化,倒入面粉中,加入适量的溫水和成光滑的面團,放溫暖處發酵。

  2、生姜洗淨去皮切碎,蔥洗淨切碎。

  3、幹木耳和幹香菇提前浸泡,泡軟後切碎。

  4、洋蔥和胡蘿蔔切碎。

  5、鍋中加入少許油倒入豆瓣醬,生姜和蔥末炒香,放入豬肉餡翻炒片刻,倒入胡蘿蔔,洋蔥,木耳和香菇翻炒均勻,加入十三香,雞精調味。

  6、面團發酵至蜂窩狀,即可。
