  1、首先将魚頭尾去掉,魚身改刀切成薄片,與未修的好看一點,魚頭從中間破開,清洗血水。

  2、魚肉中放入姜片、生抽、蚝油,用手拌均勻,腌制15分鐘後放入盤中,放上剁椒。

  3、将擺好的魚放入鍋中大火蒸10分鐘,關火後澆一點蒸魚豉魚在上面,撒入蔥花出鍋即可。
