  1、原料:海蜇皮100克,卷心菜100克,鹽,香油,熟芝麻。

  2、海蜇皮用清水浸泡,洗淨泥沙,切成細絲,入90度水中略湯,取出後用水浸泡。

  3、卷心菜切成細絲,用水略湯。

  4、取一個容器,放入濾幹水分的海蜇,卷心菜,放入鹽,香油攪拌均勻,裝入盤中,撒上熟芝麻即可,麻香蟄皮就做好了。
