  1、主料:豆腐(南)(150克)蘑菇(鮮蘑)(100克)。

  2、調料:香油(5克)大蔥(10克)鹽(3克)味精(2克)色拉油(20克)等。

  3、将嫩豆腐洗淨,用沸水燙過後,切成小薄片;鮮蘑菇洗淨,切成小丁;蔥洗淨切蔥花。

  4、鍋架火上,放油燒至六成熱,下蔥花一半爆出香味後,加入蘑菇丁煸炒幾下,然後倒入素湯适量,燒開後,下入豆腐片和精鹽,再燒開,放入味精,撒上另一半蔥花,淋上麻油盛入碗内。
