  1、先将青魚段去鱗片用紙擦幹,生姜切片,胡蔥切段。

  2、熱鍋冷油,加入生姜片到散發出香味,把魚放在姜片上小火煎,半分鐘翻面。

  3、加入生抽、老抽、料酒,加入開水到魚的一半大火煮,加入白糖,熟了出鍋即可。
