  1、茯苓薏米仁鴨湯。材料:水鵝肉250克、茯苓6克、炒薏仁30克、蓮子肉30克、山藥12克、姜片10克。做法:鵝肉切片,薏米仁、蓮籽涼水侵泡2鐘頭,全部原材料下鍋,文火燒開後,用慢火煲2鐘頭,投料起鍋。

  2、綠豆薏米百合湯。材料:綠豆薏米百合花老冰糖。做法:綠豆和薏仁米洗幹淨後侵泡四個鐘頭以上;将百合花清洗撥好,放水裡侵泡1鐘頭;将綠豆薏米一起煮好,在煮好前5分鐘添加百合花;加适當的老冰糖調料。
