  1、食材:銀魚、紫菜和香蔥。泡發紫菜并洗淨,洗淨銀魚。

  2、雞蛋打成蛋液,幹鍋中倒油燒熱,倒入蛋液,中小火煎至稍凝固即翻面,兩面都凝固後加入适量清水。

  3、紫菜和銀魚瀝水後放入鍋中,大火煮開後再煮1分鐘,加适量鹽、豬油和生抽拌勻即可。
